Open Positions:

Part Time Shop Girl:

This position requires exceptional customer service skills and an eye for fashion and putting together complete looks. Must be able to work one closing shift & one weekend shift every week. Prior retail experience is a must! This is a part-time position. We are NOT hiring for seasonal help. Hiring for all store locations.

Requirements:

  • Must have exceptional customer service skills.
  • Must be extremely organized, can multi-task, and knows how to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced boutique environment.
  • Must have problem-solving skills and be able to adjust to new processes.
  • Must have great communication skills and works well in a team environment.
  • Must have a passion for fashion. Must follow fashion blogs, and have an eye for trending clothing & accessory items.
  • Must be outgoing and able to confidently strike up a conversation.
  • Must have computer skills and confidence working on an I pad and handling special orders.

Part Time Key Holder:

We are looking for new members to add to our management team. The ideal candiate will have 2 years of progressively responsible retail management experience; supervisory experience is preferred. The Key Holder is responsible for opening and/or closing the store and ensuring that proper store procedures and policies are followed when store management is not on duty or unavailable on the selling floor. The Key Holder will supervise all employees and oversee sales, merchandising, customer service issues and all operational functions in the absence of store management. Solid communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Requirements:

  • Must have exceptional customer service skills and knowledge of retail merchandising practices.
  • Must be extremely organized, can multi-task, and can manage time and priorities in a fast-paced boutique environment.
  • Must have problem-solving skills and be able to adjust to new processes.
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead sales staff.
  • Must have a passion for fashion, follow fashion blogs, and have an eye for trending clothing & accessory items.
  • Scheduling flexibility is required.

  • Experience is not necessary, but preferred. Our shoots are very fast-paced and we will assume you are able to jump in front of the camera with confidence.

Assistant Manager:

The Assistant Store Manager offers operational and administrative support to the Store Manager while managing the day-to-day operations of the store. Daily activities include overseeing sales staff and floor activities while ensuring that all employees are trained in providing the best possible customer service. Candidates looking to secure an Assistant Manager position should have a minimum of 2+ years retail management experience with a proven track record of sales expertise & superior customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • Perform store opening and closing duties.
  • Coordinate merchandise replenishment and the flow of merchandise from the stock room to the sales floor.
  • The ability to solve problems quickly & effectively.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping up-to-date with the current fashion trends.
  • Consistently met or exceeded daily and quarterly goals.

Lead Stylist - Clayton/U City location:

The Lead Sales Associate is focused on maximizing sales for each store.  They are serve as a coach and mentor to other staff, with regards to meeting each customer’s needs and building long-term relationships with our repeat customers. They are excellent personal stylists who can create looks for any occasion, price point, and customer style.
